I chose this hotel for attending a workshop and I was thoroughly satisfied with the amenities provided. The bar/lounge was a great place to unwind after a long day, and the sauna helped me relax and rejuvenate. The meeting room was well-equipped and provided a conducive environment for productive discussions.
The only service that I missed for my work was a business center. It would have been convenient to have access to computers and printers for any urgent work needs.

Excellent staff on reception - very helpful. Very good restaurant with good value for money and lovely views.
Paying extra for a Valley View Room was a waste of money - you only had the view if you opened the window, stuck out your head and looked 90 degrees to the right. This may have been a feature of only our room ( Room 101) Taking luggage from car park to hotel is not easy involving having to negotiate many steps to the ground floor. Once into the hotel you have a lift up to your room

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - a comfortable and warm haven for a winter night. The room was magic and very comfortable, perfect for a family with children. The staff were lovely and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with a wider selection of choices.

The hotel had a great location, it was located near the main city and had breathtaking views. During Christmas, the hotel also offered a great breakfast with a lot of variety, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. One of the standout experiences was the access to a great pool that added to the hotel's value.
The room we stayed in was small and outdated, with a very old bathroom design. during our stay, there were many noisy children using the pool, which made the experience much less peaceful.

We stayed in the top floor of the hotel and the room was a very odd shape due to the slant of the roof. The bed was at an angle because of the slant of the roof and you had to be careful not be bang your head getting out of bed.
